Shipping policy

The customer is responsible for shipping costs, these are listed on our shop.  

If a customer wants to return an item it will be at the cost of themselves and not Bespoke Metalwork Limited. 

We aim to ship all products within 2/3 days , however some made to order and personalised products may take a bit longer
